This course provides an overview of artificial intelligence (AI) and its emerging role in human resources management. As AI technologies continue to reshape business processes, HR professionals must understand their potential impact and applications within their field.

• Define artificial intelligence and its key components relevant to HR
• Identify potential applications of AI across various HR functions

Patrick TSOI has over 20 years hands-on data science, Big Data and programming experiences. He is a Doctor of Education graduated from the Hong Kong Baptist University, Master in IT Education graduated from the University of Hong Kong and B.Eng in System Engineering and Engineering Management from the Chinese University of Hong Kong.
