Terms and Conditions:

1. This Offer is governed by these Terms and Conditions and will be applicable to the single company or individual  that has enrolled and paid at least three (3) training courses (either the same course or different course).
2. This Offer consists of one (1) free training course granted to the single company or individual  for every three (3) paid training courses.
3. The free training course must be the lowest value among the four (4) training courses and chosen from the particular list of “selected training courses” offered by HKPC Academy commencing before 31 March 2022.
4. Subject to availability of training courses at the time of enrolment, the single Company or individual may redeem this Offer on the condition that payment for the three (3) training courses have been settled and confirmed by HKPC Academy.
5. This Offer is made subject to the availability of the training courses running on the scheduled dates. If any training course is cancel or re-schedule after 31 March 2022 by HKPC Academy, HKPC Academy’s standard cancellation and deferral terms and conditions shall apply to this Offer.
6. This Offer is non-redeemable for cash and is non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
7. This Offer is unlimited for redemption, starting from 1 April 2021 and expiring on 31 March 2022.
8. HKPC Academy reserves the right to the final discretion in granting this Offer.
9. HKPC Academy reserves the right to withdraw this Offer or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice.
10. HKPC Academy shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform any obligation to the Company that is caused by any circumstance beyond HKPC Academy’s reasonable control or by any act or omission of any third party.
11. HKPC Academy shall not be liable to any Company for any loss or damage arising out of refusal, cancellation or withdrawal of this Offer or any failure or inability of a Company to redeem this Offer for any reason.
12. In the event of any dispute or difference arising as to the interpretation of this Offer and these Terms and Conditions or any matters contained therein, the decision of HKPC Academy shall be final and conclusive.
