Play has enormous benefits in promoting creativity, engagement, and collaboration at work. In particular, the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method was invented by the LEGO® group in the 90’s as a methodology of facilitation to solve wicked business problems. Today, the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method has been developed and widely used in a variety of training topics.

The target audience of LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method workshop can be senior executives to junior staffs from all background. No prior LEGO® skills was required.

Workshop Details

Duration: from 3 hours to full day

Venue: Hong Kong Productivity Council / client site

Language: Cantonese/ Mandarin/ English/ Bilingual (supplemented with English material)

In addition to the above LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® workshop, we offer certification training on the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method. Upon course completion, you will be certified as a LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method facilitator.

Playsonality – Discover the Magic of “Play” for Yourself and Your Team

“Playsonality” is an assessment tool that focuses on your “play” style to navigate:

• Self-discovery: Through the Playsonality assessment, you can understand your own play style and how it influences your work and interactions with others.
• Building teams: Understanding the play styles of other team members to promote inclusivity and facilitate better communication, collaboration, and conflict resolution.
• Deep play: Encouraging and exploring more profound and meaningful ways of “playing.” By rediscovering long-forgotten playfulness, you can enhance personal happiness and resilience.
