In light of the latest development of the COVID-19 epidemic, the Hong Kong Productivity Council (HKPC) will follow the HKSAR Government’s plan for expanding the “vaccine bubble” which will be put into effect from 24 February.

Starting from 24 February 2022, all persons will be required to show their vaccination record with at least one dose of COVID-19 vaccine for entering the HKPC Building.

Only under two circumstances can this said requirement be exempted:

1. individuals are ineligible for vaccination due to age; or
2. unfit for vaccination due to health reasons with relevant medical proof issued within the last three months and a valid proof of negative test result within 72 hours issued by a government-recognised testing institution for entry.
