General Terms & Conditions  

1. This promotion offer (“Offer”) is governed by these Terms and Conditions and will only be applicable to students  who have enrolled and paid for designated courses in December 2020. 
2. Offer begins from 7 December 2020 until 31 December 2020.
3. Supply of the gifts is limited and available only while stocks last.  
4. In the interest of fairness, employees of HKPC are not eligible to participate in this Offer.  
5. This Offer is non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash, and  the gift cannot be returned. 
6. HKPC Academy reserves the right to the final discretion in granting this Offer. 
7. HKPC Academy reserves the right to withdraw this Offer or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. 
8. HKPC Academy shall not be liable for any delay or failure in granting this Offer to students that is caused by any circumstance beyond HKPC Academy’s reasonable control or by any act or omission of any third party. 
9. HKPC Academy shall not be liable to any student for any loss or damage arising out of refusal, cancellation or withdrawal of this Offer or any failure or inability of a student to redeem this Offer for any reason. 
10. In the event of any dispute or difference arising as to the interpretation of this Offer and these Terms and Conditions or any matters contained therein, the decision of HKPC Academy shall be final and conclusive. 

Gift Redemption Rules  

1. Each student who has enrolled and paid for the designated courses in December 2020, and attended the courses will be entitled to receive a free Stojo collapsible cup (worth HK$168).  
2. Each student will be entitled to one redemption only over the period regardless of the number of courses enrolled.  
3. Awarded student will be notified via email regarding the redemption detailed arrangement upon course confirmation.
